Payment methods

The online store shop.musicworks.gr is hosted and operates on the Shopify e-commerce platform. In summary, customers of the shop.musicworks.gr online store can pay by:

1. Paypal
2. Credit/debit card
   
3. Bank deposit at Piraeus Bank or Viva
4. IRIS payments
5. Reservation for 7 calendary days and payment at the store upon pickup
6. Cash On Delivery 
7. Google Pay

Specifically:

a) For credit/debit card payments, Mastercard and Visa cards are accepted.

b) The details for bank deposit to an account at Piraeus Bank are:

In the deposit reason, please write your order number.

c) The details for payment with IRIS Payments are: VAT No. 072590149, (Beneficiary Kakolyri Angeliki)

d) Payment by bank transfer is manually checked by us. Once we see the funds credited to our account, we send the buyer a payment confirmation message. If payment is made outside working hours or from a bank other than National-Piraeus, we do not see the payment immediately. Payment confirmation is sent within a reasonable time during the next working hours.

e) Reservation of products with in‑store payment in cash or by debit/credit card upon collection. This purchase method is valid under the following conditions:

• It applies only to registered users, meaning users who have created an account in our online store (not visitors).

• A reservation without prepayment is valid for pickup within 7 calendar days from the date the order is placed. If the buyer does not visit the Music Works physical store to collect and pay for the order within the 7‑day period, we cannot guarantee the availability of the products.
