Payment methods

The online store shop.musicworks.gr is hosted and operates on the Shopify e-commerce platform. In summary, customers of the shop.musicworks.gr online store can pay by:

1. Paypal
2. Credit/debit card
   
3. Bank deposit at Piraeus Bank
4. IRIS payments
5. Reservation for 48 hours and payment at the store upon pickup
6. Cash on delivery 
7. Apple Pay, Google Pay

Specifically:

a) For credit/debit card payments, Mastercard and Visa cards are accepted.

b) The details for bank deposit to an account at Piraeus Bank are:

c) The details for payment with IRIS Payments are: VAT No. 072590149, (Beneficiary Kakolyri Angeliki)

d) Payment by bank transfer is manually checked by us. Once we see the funds credited to our account, we send the buyer a payment confirmation message. If payment is made outside working hours or from a bank other than National-Piraeus, we do not see the payment immediately. Payment confirmation is sent within a reasonable time during the next working hours.

e) Reservation for 48 hours and payment at the store with cash or debit/credit card, upon product pickup. This purchase method is subject to the following conditions:

• it is only valid for registered users, i.e., users who have created an account in our online store (not guests)
• the reservation without prepayment is valid for 48 hours from the placement of the order. If the buyer does not come to the Music Works physical store within 48 hours, the reservation is canceled. For this reason, the reservation must be made on the appropriate day, so that payment and pickup can be made within the store's operating hours.
