Right of Withdrawal for Distance Purchases
According to European and Greek legislation (Article 3e, Law 2251/1994), all products you have purchased and received via distance selling from any online store may be returned without providing justification, within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt (right of withdrawal). This right also applies to purchases made from the online store shop.musicworks.gr. The necessary conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal are:

Payment and receipt of the product must have taken place remotely, not at our physical store.

The buyer must contact us in writing, by sending an email and informing us of their intention to return the product, within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. If the last day of the 14‑day period falls on a public holiday, the deadline is extended to the next working day.
The customer must also ship the products back within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, to the company’s headquarters (Music Works, Agias Lavras 74, Petroupoli, Postal Code 13231). -
Returned items must be in their original condition, unused and sealed, without damage, without removed labels or stickers, and without any external alteration.
If there is visible damage caused during transport for which the buyer is not responsible, the following withdrawal terms do not apply, because in such cases the buyer is compensated by us. (See our policy on Defective Products.)
Email Submission
At the bottom of this page, there is a button labeled “Return purchase”, which leads you to a pre‑filled email form that you complete with the missing details.
Alternatively, you may send an email to contact@musicworks.gr with the subject “Withdrawal Declaration”, including in the message:
– order date and delivery date
– the products you wish to return
– buyer’s details
In all cases, the email must be sent within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product.
Product Return
Products may be returned to the company headquarters in two ways:
a) The buyer brings the products to our physical store (Agias Lavras 74, Petroupoli, 13231), within store hours and within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. The buyer must also present the retail receipt.
b) The buyer sends the products by post, using a courier company of their choice, with a mandatory tracking number, and in the original packaging, to the company headquarters (Music Works, Agias Lavras 74, Petroupoli, 13231).
The shipment must include the retail receipt. If the purchase was made with an invoice, the return must be accompanied by a delivery note.
The customer must ship the products within 14 days from the date of receipt. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Refunds
Once we receive the returned product, it is inspected to confirm its condition and validate the right to a refund. We remind you that a refund is issued only if the returned items are in their original condition, unused, sealed, undamaged, and without removed labels or stickers.
The buyer is notified by email whether they are eligible for a refund.
Refunds (product cost + original shipping costs to the buyer) are processed within 3 working days from the date we receive the returned products.
Refunds are issued according to the original payment method:
– Payments made through the Shopify payment system are refunded automatically through our online store.
– For other payment methods (cash on delivery, Iris, bank transfer), the refund is issued via bank transfer, and you must provide us with an IBAN and the account holder’s full name.
