Right of Withdrawal for Distance Purchases

According to Greek legislation, all products that you have purchased and received remotely from any online store may be returned, without justification, within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt (right of withdrawal). This right also applies to purchases made through the online store shop.musicworks.gr. The following conditions must be met in order to exercise the right of withdrawal:

  1. The payment and receipt of the product must have been completed remotely and not from our physical store.

  2. The buyer must contact us in writing by sending an email to contact@musicworks.gr, informing us of their intention to return the product, within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. However, if the last day of the 14-day period falls on a public holiday, the deadline is extended to the next working day. The products must also be shipped by the customer within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, to the company’s registered address (Music Works, 74 Agias Lavras Street, Petroupoli, Postal Code 13231).

  3. The items to be returned must be in their original condition, unused and sealed, without damage, without removal of labels or stickers, and without any other external alteration. (If there is visible damage to the product caused during transport, the following terms do not apply. Please read our policy on Defective Products.)


Product Returns

Products can be returned to the company’s premises in two ways:

a) The buyer may visit our physical store (74 Agias Lavras Street, Petroupoli, Postal Code 13231) with the products they wish to return, within store hours and within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. The buyer must also present the retail receipt.

b) The buyer may send the products by post, using a courier company of their choice, with a mandatory tracking number and in the original packaging, to the company’s registered address (Music Works, 74 Agias Lavras Street, Petroupoli, Postal Code 13231). The customer must include the retail receipt in the shipment. If the purchase was made with an invoice, the shipment must include a delivery note. The products must be shipped by the customer within 14 days from the date of receipt. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.


Refunds

Once we receive the returned product, it is inspected to verify its condition and confirm eligibility for a refund. Please note that refunds are issued only if the returned items are in their original condition, unused and sealed, without damage, without removal of labels or stickers, and without any other external alteration.

The buyer will be notified via email whether they are entitled to a refund or not. The refund (product cost + original shipping costs paid by the buyer) is processed within 3 working days from the date we receive the returned products.

Refunds are issued according to the original payment method:

  • For cash on delivery, Iris payments, or bank deposits, refunds are made via bank transfer. You will need to provide your IBAN and the account holder’s full name.

  • For payments made via PayPal, refunds will be processed through PayPal.
