Shipping within Greece
1) Shipments are carried out within Greece via the courier companies ACS and DHL.
2) With DHL
This shipping method applies only to prepaid orders and not to cash‑on‑delivery.
3) ACS Smartlocker weight limit
Shipping to ACS Smartlockers is available only for orders with a total weight up to 1 kg.
4) Pickup from ACS store or ACS Lockers
For pickup from an ACS store or ACS Lockers, we select the location closest to the buyer’s address, unless the buyer has specified otherwise.

5) Delivery times with ACS & DHL
- Within Attica: 1–2 working days
- To mainland destinations: 1–3 working days
- To island destinations: 2–4 working days
- To remote/difficult-to-access areas: 2–6 working days
6) Pickup from the Music Works physical store
Pickup of prepaid orders from the Music Works physical store in Petroupoli requires verification via the buyer’s mobile phone or by showing the purchase confirmation email, either printed or on the recipient’s mobile device.
7) Store pickup & VPN
The “Pickup from store” option does not work on Shopify if the buyer has a VPN enabled, because the system performs country detection.
8) Store pickup hours
Pickup from the Music Works physical store in Petroupoli is available only during store hours:
- Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 10:00–14:30 & 17:30–21:00
- Wednesday & Saturday: 10:00–15:00
- Sunday & Monday: Closed
