Shipping policy
We only ship within Greece.
Shipments are carried out with the courier companies ACS and DHL.
1) With ACS:
The shipping cost ranges from €4–8 depending on the postal code of the address, the option for delivery to the buyer’s location and the choice of cash on delivery, and is displayed in the shipping options on the order page.
For pickup from an ACS smartlocker, the shipping cost is €4 for all of Greece, where supported.
2) With DHL:
This shipping method applies to prepaid orders and not to 'cash on delivery' orders. The shipping cost is €7.50 for all of Greece, regardless of the weight of the order.
3) Shipment of products to ACS Smartlockers is carried out only if the order has a value less than 70 euros. The shipping cost for all of Greece is 4 euros.
4) For pickup from an ACS store or from ACS Lockers (lockers), we select the one closest to the buyer’s address, unless the buyer has stated otherwise. See here the ACS points:

5) Delivery times with ACS & DHL are:
Within Attica: 1–2 working days
To mainland destinations: 1–3 working days
To island destinations: 2–4 working days
To remote areas: 2–6 working days
6) Pickup of orders that have been prepaid from the physical store Music Works in Petroupoli is carried out with identification of the buyer’s mobile phone or by presentation of the purchase confirmation email either printed or on the recipient’s mobile.
7) The option “Pickup from the store” does not function on Shopify if the buyer has VPN enabled, because country detection takes place.
8) Pickup of orders from the physical store Music Works in Petroupoli takes place only within store operating hours:
Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 10:00–14:30 & 17:30–21:00
Wednesday & Saturday: 10:00–15:00
Sunday & Monday: closed
